1. Booking & Payments
-
Quotes are valid for 14 business days from the date of issue and subject to availability.
-
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid 14 days before your event.

Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled.
2. Cancellations & Changes
-
Deposits are non-refundable.
-
Orders canceled before 28 days of the event date will be refunded minus the deposit and a $95 administration fee.
-
Cancellations within 28 days of the event will only receive a refund for delivery fees.
-
Final guest numbers and minor changes to orders must be confirmed 14 days before the event.
3. Delivery & Collection

Minimum hire spend applies for deliveries.

Sunday, public holiday, or out-of-hours deliveries incur extra charges.

Dry hire (self-pickup/return) requires a $300 minimum spend and must be done during business hours.

If hire items are inaccessible upon collection (e.g., locked venue), additional fees may apply.
4. Care of Hire Items
To avoid fees, please:

Do not drag furniture; always lift.
-
Do not leave items in the rain or overnight.
-
Use candle holders to prevent wax damage.
-
Return all items clean (tables wiped, dishes washed, wax removed from holders, bins emptied).
A cleaning fee applies if items are not returned in proper condition.
Tableware Care Guidelines:
Cutlery – Food should be removed immediately. Certain cutlery styles require handwashing.
Glassware – Liquids must be tipped out, and glasses placed upside down in the racks provided.
Dinnerware – Some designs require hand rinsing instead of dishwashing.
Linen Care Guidelines:
Napkins, Table Runners, and Tablecloths – Must not be washed or ironed by the Customer. Stains from red wine, sauces, wax, or burns will result in replacement costs. Wet linens must be dried before packaging to prevent mould.
Candle Holders & Vases – Candle wax must be removed from holders, and vases must be emptied of water and florals before returning.
5. Damage & Loss

The Client is responsible for all hired items during the rental period.

Lost, stolen, or damaged items must be paid at full replacement cost.

If repairs are possible, the Client will be charged for repair costs.

If items are not returned within 5 business days, they will be considered lost and charged accordingly.
6. Liability & Insurance
-
All hire items remain the property of Style Studio Event Hire.
-
Hire items are not insured during the hire period; all responsibility lies with the Client.
-
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the use of our items.
7. Force Majeure
-
If events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, disasters) prevent us from fulfilling an order, we are not liable for any losses incurred.
